The second annual Donny Martin Memorial Bull Ride returns to the Penn Valley Rodeo Grounds, July 17-18. The event, which benefits a scholarship fund, begins on Friday evening with a spaghetti feed, an auction and raffles, trick roping, cowboy poetry and kid's activities.
