Less than two months after losing his the Lumber Liquidators PBA Tour exemption, Joe Ciccone of Buffalo, N.Y., regained a berth on the PBA Tour for the 2009-10 season as the top qualifier in the PBA Tour Trials at Thunderbowl Lanes Sunday.
